AI Search OS (“we”, “us”) is operated by [company legal name], [registered address]. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [privacy contact email].
2. What we collect
Information you give us

Information about companies
To build a benchmark we collect publicly available information about companies, including answers from AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) and public web pages. This is business information. Where it includes personal data, such as a named contact on a public page, we use it only for the benchmark.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. International transfers
Our team and some providers may be located outside your country. When we transfer personal data from the UK or EU, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Benchmark and enquiry data is kept while it’s useful for our conversation with you, then deleted or anonymised. To use any of these rights, go to our data request page or email [privacy contact email]. We won’t treat you differently for using them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
